These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Grooming Sessions website, registration process, and participation in Grooming Sessions events organized by PRETTY PAWFECT PET SRL.

By accessing the website, submitting a registration form, making a payment, or attending the event, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Event Description

Grooming Sessions is a professional educational event dedicated to grooming professionals, salon owners, veterinary professionals, students, and industry partners.

The event may include:

  • Educational presentations

  • Master Sessions

  • Hands-On Lab demonstrations

  • Safety Sessions

  • Networking activities

  • Sponsor and partner exhibitions

  • Additional activities determined by the Organizer

 

Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years of age.

By registering, participants confirm that they meet this requirement.

The Organizer reserves the right to refuse participation if false information has been provided.

 

Registration Process

Participation is subject to availability.

The registration process consists of:

  1. Submission of the registration form;

  2. Review by the Organizer;

  3. Confirmation of seat availability;

  4. Issuance of an invoice;

  5. Payment of the participation fee;

  6. Final confirmation of participation.

A seat is considered reserved only after payment has been received and confirmed.

The Organizer may refuse registrations at its sole discretion.

 

Payments

All participation fees must be paid within the deadline specified on the invoice.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the reservation.

Prices are displayed in the currency specified by the Organizer and may be subject to applicable taxes.

 

Event Program

The Organizer reserves the right to:

  • Modify the event schedule;

  • Adjust session durations;

  • Change session formats;

  • Replace speakers;

  • Modify workshop content;

  • Change room allocations;

  • Introduce additional activities.

Such changes do not constitute grounds for compensation or refund, provided the overall nature and purpose of the event remain substantially unchanged.

 

Speakers and Educational Content

Speaker participation is subject to availability.

While every effort is made to deliver the announced program, circumstances beyond the Organizer's control may require changes.

The Organizer does not guarantee the appearance of any specific speaker.

 

Photography, Video and Media Usage

The event may be photographed, filmed, recorded, streamed, or otherwise documented.

By attending Grooming Sessions, participants grant the Organizer permission to use photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings that may include their image, likeness, voice, or participation for:

  • Marketing purposes;

  • Website content;

  • Social media;

  • Promotional campaigns;

  • Press releases;

  • Future event promotion.

No compensation shall be owed for such use.

 

Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully at all times.

The following may result in immediate removal from the event:

  • Harassment;

  • Discrimination;

  • Aggressive behavior;

  • Disruptive conduct;

  • Damage to property;

  • Unsafe behavior toward people or animals;

  • Violation of venue rules.

Removal from the event under this section does not entitle the participant to any refund.

 

Pet Attendance

To ensure the safety and proper organization of the event, pet attendance is restricted.

Animals may only be present when:

  • Specifically authorized by the Organizer;

  • Part of scheduled demonstrations;

  • Included in official event activities.

The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry to any animal at its sole discretion.

Participants remain fully responsible for any animal under their care.

 

Health and Safety

Participants agree to comply with:

  • Venue regulations;

  • Safety instructions;

  • Emergency procedures;

  • Staff directions;

  • Animal welfare requirements.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the event.

 

Intellectual Property

All event materials, presentations, branding, logos, graphics, recordings, and educational content remain the property of their respective owners.

Participants may not:

  • Record sessions without permission;

  • Reproduce educational materials;

  • Redistribute presentations;

  • Use event content commercially without written consent.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury;

  • Property loss;

  • Theft;

  • Travel disruptions;

  • Accommodation costs;

  • Indirect damages;

  • Business losses;

  • Missed opportunities resulting from participation or non-participation.

Participants attend at their own risk.

 

Force Majeure

The Organizer shall not be responsible for delays, modifications, or cancellation caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters;

  • Severe weather;

  • Public health emergencies;

  • Government restrictions;

  • Venue unavailability;

  • Labor disputes;

  • Transportation disruptions.

 

Cancellation or Postponement by Organizer

If the event is cancelled by the Organizer, participants may be entitled to remedies described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The Organizer may postpone the event if necessary.

 

Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

 

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Romania.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Romanian courts.
